Please try refreshing your browser. We have found that Chrome, Brave, or Firefox browsers are solid browsers to use. Please make sure that you are current with the latest updates of your browser. Apple’s Safari browser is not compatible with MetaMask at the time of this writing.
Please make sure that your wallet is connected. If you are using MetaMask, you will see a little green light next to your wallet name if you are connected to the site.
Please also make sure that you are using the wallet that you used to initially interact with StrongBlock. We have seen many cases where people switch between wallets and are simply using the wrong wallet.
The StrongBlock application is not connecting to my wallet.
